Swinomish Police Officers Andrew Thorne, Mike Boehmer, and Earl Cowan were sworn in by Senator Leon John, Chairman of the Law & Order Committee.
Officer Denny Naumec was sworn in by Senator Steve Edwards. Swearing-in took place in the SPD training facility.
